Polish your Crown, Sis! groups promote Black women's well-being through lively discussion and learning about topics of interest to participants including health and mental wellness, Black culture, current events, sisterhood, parenting and family life. Two live girl-talk sessions every Tuesday and Thursday.
EmbraceBIRTH is an eight-part weekly childbirth class series based on the specific cultural and social context faced by African American women during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. With its flexible format, the series can be extended to ten weeks with two bonus sessions on the 'fourth trimester' and Black motherhood celebration. Enrolling now!
BElovedBIRTH Black Centering is group prenatal and postpartum care ByFor&With Black people. Participants can enroll between 12-20 weeks of pregnancy. You will receive care with other participants with a similar due date for a total of 15 sessions. Enrolling now for groups starting soon in October 2020!
