Our fabulous and fun virtual groups are co-facilitated by family support workers in collaboration with nurse midwives and doulas.


Groups that provide a safe space to be vulnerable, learn and grow

PYCS promotes Black women's well-being through lively discussion and learning about topics including health and mental wellness, Black culture, current events, sisterhood, parenting and family life.
